Loved the Williams Inn like all previous reviewers. Solo woman traveler getting away for weekend. Front staff patient and helpful. Stayed in lovely room 221. Loved the coffee bar on each floor! I was a little technology challenged to stream Netflix but help desk 800 number was responsive. Clean, quiet, great location. Lobby area welcoming and firepit looked comfortable. The next day, I left the room to get coffee and the rooms security latch made it so I couldn't get back in.. Housekeeper Havana immediately called her supervisor for help. And Gary in maintenance happened by and immediately ran for a tool and got me in the room. The whole ordeal lasted less then 10 minutes and both were very efficient and kind about it. Kudos to them.. The inn is Minutes drive to Clark Museum. Recommend Mount Greylock 30 min. away. View would have been spectacular on a clearer day but still worth the drive for the monument and lodge. A black bear crossed in front of car which was a surprise! Not really a fan of North Adams and would not stay there as a solo traveler. The Moca is about a 15 min ride from the Williams Inn. Advice is if you want to eat at at inn restaurant, make reservation before arrival. On my mid week arrival day. The restaurant was booked and even though I sat in bar for 15 min. I couldn't get any service..As it was already 8pm and local eateries seem to close at 9..I headed to Pera..a 3 min walk on Spring St. EXCELLENT meal and service.. Again, loved my stay at Williams. Will be back! Thank you Williams Inn for a wonderful stay

You don't have to go to this college to visit this beautiful place. The hotel and attached restaurant have phenomenal service and are located in an ideal area if you're looking for a weekend getaway. I found this place a couple years ago and have gone back at least twice a year. The fall is one of the best times to visit for scenery as well. Keep in mind, this scenic spot is popular for weddings and event venues so it can get crowded at times. Also pet friendly!

We had a great one night stay. Location is perfect for visiting the college. Rooms are neat and modern feeling. Gym easily gets the job done. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Coffee on every floor is a big plus!

The Williams Inn is an absolute GEM. Every Single Part of my experience here was awesome. YES, its pricey, but the cost absolutely matches the experience. This place is so relaxing and elegant without being stuffy. Wonderfully appointed rooms with very comfy beds. Lots of comfortable and cozy places to hang out in the lobby and outside. I honestly can not wait to stay here again, I"ll just have to start saving up now for next winter LOL.

Love this hotel. Had a great stay. Left my favorite belt and, two weeks later, Kelly followed up and found the belt. That is service! If you want a beautiful Inn next to the center of town this is your place.

The Williams Inn was awesome. We planned a quick fall getaway to the Berkshires (we live only 75 minutes away to the east), and found this luxury hotel. Everything here is perfect. The whole experience made us feel welcome and comfortable. Check-in was easy and informative (our front desk agent recited a small novel on everything we needed to know). Our room was modern, clean, and comfortable. I love that the hotel is "green" in many ways- one of them is that your room key must be present to turn on the lights! I tend to notice if surfaces in the room are dusted and clean- such as the window sill and desk. They were very clean and cared for. It is apparent that all staff members take pride in their work to make the inn a special place. It was a quiet room and we rested well. We appreciated the coffee/tea/water station on each floor. Dining at the Barn for dinner and breakfast was also exceptional. Great service and top of the line meals at a reasonable price. I highly recommend the Williams Inn!

Warm, cozy, clean place to star during a cold and rainy FreshGrass music festival. Right by Williams College. A good coffee shop is across the street.

The best hotel to stay at in Williamstown, MA. Beautiful, great staff, central location. You will not want to leave. Make time for a drink and sit outside during the summer or cooler days with a fire pit
